Terms of Service

Usage of ikleo.in constitutes a legal agreement between the User and LD IKLEO Company. This agreement covers all digital tools, subscription tiers, and credit-based generation services provided through the platform.

• User Ownership: You retain 100% ownership and full commercial rights of all outputs generated through our platform.
• Platform IP: IKLEO retains all rights to the platform architecture, UI design, proprietary prompt-engineering logic, and brand identity.
• Input Integrity: We claim no rights to input materials (images, text, documents) and process them ephemerally.

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing IKLEO to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party copyrights. Prohibited activities also include scraping, reverse engineering our engines, or bypass of credit-deduction logic.

Credit Consumption: Point-based credits are deducted at the point of request execution. Due to the immediate allocation of high-performance compute resources, failed downloads do not trigger credit reversals.

Payment Finality: All digital subscription and top-up transactions are final and non-refundable.

Services are provided "as-is" without warranty. IKLEO is not liable for AI-generated inaccuracies, hallucinations, or technical interruptions. We assume no responsibility for the aesthetic or legal suitability of the generated outputs for your specific use-case.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from the usage of ikleo.in are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Amicable resolution is our primary objective in all client engagements.
