Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IKLEO AI Tool Hub website (ikleo.in) and its services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our AI Tool Hub.

2. Description of Service

IKLEO AI Tool Hub provides a collection of AI-powered tools for informational, creative, and productivity purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice to improve our services and adapt to technological changes.

3. User Conduct and Responsibility

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content (text, images, prompts, etc.) you submit ("Input") and the output you generate ("Output"). You agree not to use our tools to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Create or disseminate misinformation or deceptive content.
  • Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the functionality of our AI Tool Hub.

User Liability for Generated Content: You acknowledge that AI-generated content can be unpredictable and may sometimes produce inaccurate or unintended outputs. IKLEO AI Tool Hub is not liable for any content you generate. If you use our tools to create content that is illegal, infringes on the rights of others, or causes harm, you are solely responsible for any and all legal consequences.

4. User Accounts, Subscriptions, and Points

Free Plan: Users who sign up receive a limited number of "points" each month (e.g., 100 points). These points are consumed when using AI tools and are refreshed monthly. Unused points do not carry over.

Pro/Enterprise Plans: Users can upgrade to a paid plan by purchasing a subscription. Paid plans offer a higher number of points and access to premium features as described on our Pricing Page.

"Pro" Tools: Certain tools are designated as "Pro" and may consume more points for Free users. Pro plan subscribers may have free or reduced-cost access to these tools, as specified on the platform.

Payments: All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their terms of service. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more details.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your Input. You also own the Output you generate, and you are free to use it for any purpose, including commercial use, subject to your adherence to these Terms and the terms of our upstream AI providers.

Our Services: The IKLEO AI Tool Hub name, logo, and all related names and slogans are trademarks of LD IKLEO Company. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR SUITABILITY OF THE CONTENT GENERATED. THE AI'S RESPONSES ARE BASED ON YOUR INPUTS AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR BE UNEXPECTED. WE DO NOT ENDORSE OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OUTPUT. USE OF ANY TOOL ON OUR PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

IN NO EVENT SHALL IKLEO AI TOOL HUB, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
